SAFE had a large presence at Aquaculture Europe 2023, held in Vienna from September 18-21. The project had a large common stand together with EUMOFA, Sea2See, and FishEUTrust providing the perfect opportunity to talk to stakeholders about the project and the circular economy approach. The SAFE Team was represented by Eurofish, Tebrio, and ZUT. Remi Panicz from West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin (ZUT) also delivered a presentation about the project on “The safe solution to capture and valorise waste streams from common carp” in the Environmental Impact and Interactions session.
