SAFE participant Celabor will participate in the 40th edition of AquaConSoil that will take place in Liège, Belgium, from June 16 to 20, 2025, at the renowned Palais des Congrès de Liège. AquaConSoil 2025 will bring together scientists, policymakers, and industry leaders to explore innovative and sustainable solutions for the management of soil, sediment, and water resources.
The conference offers a dynamic platform for dialogue, collaboration, and knowledge exchange, with a strong focus on interdisciplinary approaches and future-proof strategies. The conference will be structured around four key themes:
- Soil–Sediment–Water (SSW) Systems Management
- Innovative Strategies for Sustainable Remediation
- Enhanced Digitalisation
- Integrating Multidimensional Perspectives
The Celabor theme will contribute to Theme 1: Soil–Sediment–Water Systems Management, which focuses on strategies for managing soil and water systems through a holistic and integrated lens. It emphasizes the critical functions of soil and water in ecosystems, the challenges and solutions for soil health in various environments, the impacts of urbanisation and climate change on soil-water dynamics, and the importance of community engagement and innovative technologies for sustainable management. These theme topics are:
