Description:
Work Package 1 will focus on the collection, characterization, handling and treatment of liquid and sludge waste streams from Recirculation Aquaculture Systems and integrated multi trophic aquaculture.

Objectives:

  • Characterise the waste streams from various FWAS
  • Improve the collection, concentration, storage and transport of solid residues using innovative technologies
  • Assess the effects on biodiversity
