SAFE partner Syke has produced a video demonstrating the cultivation of the diatom Phaeodactylum tricornutum in the process water from a freshwater Recirculation Aquaculture System (RAS), for use in fish feed developed and tested in the SAFE-project. The video is filmed at the Marine Research Laboratory of the Finnish Environment Institute.
